This is certainly the advice of Tal Ben-Shahar, a
written a self-help book (Happier: Learn the Secrets to Daily Joy and Lasting Fulfillment) detailing some simple ways to make your life happier. He advices to
focus on the positive: take a couple of minutes a day to think about all the
things we should be grateful for, starting with our health and that of our
family and friends.

your mobile phone, only check your emails twice a day (max), go for a walk or
just do nothing!
