- Design your office in a way that suits your business.
- There must be sufficient space available for each employee and customer even in peak hours.
- There should be proper filing system, which store more than sufficient files, can help in finding files easily, which take least space and which wont make any hindrance to see, to move, to talk and to work.
- There must be proper places allocated for filing, visitors, computers and cables, phones, papers, wastes, etc.
- If your business require too much direct customer interaction in office, then your office must be spacious; must have one front office executive directing customers to appropriate persons, and must have persons facing customers.
- If your office is of above type and customers needs to wait to receive the product/service, there must be properly arranged places (and furniture) where customers can spend time without pain.
- It is better to keep unwanted things (like power units, old files, server, maintenance tools, product unit, etc.) out-off your main office room.
